Dear Tabler, 

At first, on behalf of all members of RT 57 Dendermonde, I want to wish you a healthy, happy and successful 2012!

After a very interesting and unforgettable Worldmeeting 2011 in India with a lot of  participating european tablers and old-tablers,  it is with great pleasure that we invite you for the  Round Table 57 World Meeting 2012 in Dendermonde, Belgium from  May 25th (Friday) until  May 27th (Sunday).

A  pre-worldmeeting will be organised by our friends of RT 57 and 41 club Reims, France on thursday  May 24th.

The organising committee is working hard this days, all these efforts will result in a memorable weekend.

Our goal is to welcome all 57 clubs!

Below you will find a preliminary program:

Thursday May 24th:

18:30 - ... : Pre-meeting Reims "Surprise Champenoise"

Friday May 25th:  

14:00 - 18:00 :  registration
18:00 - 20:00 :  host family / hotel
20:00 - ….       :  walking dinner and come together party

Saturday May 26 th:

10:00 – 11:00: breakfast in host family / hotel
11:00 – 13:00: Official worldmeeting with reception at the city hall of Dendermonde
                           Alternative program for the Ladies
13:00 – 15:00: Lunch at “Huis van Cleophas”
15:00 – 18:00: Jim Knowles Trophee
18:00 – 20:00: host family /hotel
20:00 - ….      :  Gala dinner and party at “Het Kasteel van Lebbeke”

Sunday May 27 th:

10:00 – 14:00: Brunch in”Restaurant De Snuiver”
14:00 - ….      : For those who are still in the mood:  international rugby tournament in Dendemonde

Participation fee for the meeting (Friday-Sunday):  375 € pp.

From  February  1st it will be possible to register for the pre-worldmeeting in Reims and the worldmeeting in Dendermonde

Depending on the number of registrations for the pre-worldmeeting in Reims we will discuss with Round Table Reims to organize transport to Dendermonde.
